IT Support Professional
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Professional to manage our service desk and provide top-notch support to our colleagues.
This role offers a unique blend of technical challenges and opportunities for growth. You will be responsible for setting up and managing user accounts, laptops, and printers, as well as administering DNS using GoDaddy and managing Zendesk campaigns.
You will also support our remote teams with meeting room technology, troubleshoot Dynamics 365, and assist with various IT projects. To succeed in this role, you will need to have some experience as a 1st/2nd line IT Support Analyst and possess expertise in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365.
You should also have knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Active Directory, and Azure AD, as well as experience with Apple Remote Desktop, JAMF, and Zendesk administration. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to document your work clearly are also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage service desk and provide IT support to colleagues

Requirements:
- Experience as a 1st/2nd line IT Support Analyst
