IT Infrastructure Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT professional to join our team as a Support Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing exceptional customer support, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and maintaining high levels of system performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide level 1 support to users, responding to their queries and resolving issues promptly
- Organize and audit IT inventory, ensuring accurate records and efficient use of resources
- Configure and set up Windows and Mac computers, as well as Apple corporate mobile phones, to meet the needs of end-users
- Support audiovisual resources in meeting rooms and events, ensuring seamless operations
- Interpret and execute technical procedures in English, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Customer Support/Technical Support roles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), with excellent communication and documentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities, with a knack for thinking outside the box to solve technical challenges
- Ability to work independently, with strong team collaboration and adaptability
Bonus Skills:
- Previous experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot)
- Experience with SAML-based SSO and identity management solutions
