We're seeking a skilled IT support professional to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to tickets in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Implement and support IT infrastructure and technology initiatives.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular system maintenance checks.
  • Document technical processes and procedures for future reference and training.
  • Train end-users on software applications, hardware, and IT policies.
  • Stay updated on advancements in technology to ensure up-to-date support practices.
  • Participate in strategic digital transformation projects aimed at improving client service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices for data protection.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Ability to provide professional IT support in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and cloud solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Experience:
  • Three or more years of experience in IT support or a related field.
  • Experience working with managed service providers is an asset.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Experience with customer relationship management tools is an advantage.
