\We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Helpdesk professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff and clients. You will be the first point of contact for all IT-related queries and issues.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Provide timely and effective technical support to staff and clients via phone, email, or in-person.
- Investigate and resolve IT-related problems and issues in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all IT-related incidents and issues.
Requirements:
\- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with helpdesk software and tools.
