Network Administrator Role Overview

This Network Administrator position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, network systems, security, and PC operations across all offices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring all IT infrastructure and system installations, including configurations, testing, and maintenance to ensure efficient operation.

A key aspect of this role is providing exceptional IT support to various levels of staff at different sites, handling software and hardware issues promptly and professionally.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage and monitor all IT infrastructure and system installations
    • Provide IT help desk services for all levels and sites
    • Ensure the integrity and security of IT systems and data
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve network efficiency and performance
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: College degree in IT or Engineering or successful completion of an IT Technical degree/certification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT
  • Minimum 2 years of Wintel administration experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting Microsoft Office365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting office networks and IT infrastructure
  • Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 - 20 pounds at times
  • May be required to work on-call or long hours in case of network malfunction

Work Environment:

This is an on-site role in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and not open for hybrid or remote work.
