IT Support Specialist

About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as an IT Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong technical knowledge.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing level 1 support to users, organizing and auditing IT inventory, configuring and setting up Windows and Mac computers and Apple corporate mobile phones, and supporting audiovisual resources in meeting rooms and events.

We require someone who can interpret and execute technical procedures in English, support Windows and Mac computers, and provide assistance to end-users and VIPs. A degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, or related IT fields is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Level 1 support to users
  • Organize and audit IT inventory
  • Configure and set up Windows and Mac computers and Apple corporate mobile phones
  • Support for audiovisual resources in meeting rooms and events

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows and Mac computers
  • Intermediate English – speaking and writing

Educational Requirements:

A degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, or related IT fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Programming logic

About the Engagement
