Job Overview
As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our entire environment and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the go-to expert and escalation point for ~400 users, resolving complex technical challenges across hardware, software, and networks.
- Own and manage our IT infrastructure, including networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN), servers, and telecommunications.
- Administer our Google Workspace environment in partnership with the IAM team to ensure seamless productivity and security.
- Master our mixed-OS environment, providing expert-level support for both Windows and macOS systems.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies and best practices, managing endpoint security (EDR), firewalls, and data backup and recovery systems.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of our IT assets, from procurement and vendor management to deployment and tracking.
- Lead small to medium-sized IT projects, develop comprehensive documentation, and mentor the IT analysts to foster their growth.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in an IT support or systems administration role, supporting an environment of 200+ users.
Technical Skills:
- Expert-level proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows (10/11, Azure AD) and Apple macOS.
- Proven experience as a Google Workspace administrator.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN).
- Hands-on experience with endpoint security, firewalls, and data backup solutions.
- Fluency in English.
