Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as an Infrastructure Administrator.

About the Role
  • This individual contributor role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of infrastructure, network systems, security, and PC systems across all offices.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and monitoring IT infrastructure, including configurations, testing, and maintenance. They will also be able to provide IT Help Desk support at all levels, covering software and hardware.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and monitor IT infrastructure, including configurations, testing, and maintenance for efficient operation.
  2. Provide IT Help Desk support at all levels, covering software and hardware.
  3. Oversee IT Infrastructure management, including valuation and testing of hardware and software.
  4. Purchase and administer IT equipment, selecting and valuing providers.
  5. Implement IT Security and antivirus measures.
  6. Ensure effective Communications (telephone, mobile, network, internet access).
  7. Manage Application servers and Windows user administration.
Requirements
  • A degree in IT/Engineering or equivalent technical certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, with Wintel administration expertise and Microsoft Office365 support.
  • Familiarity with SAP is beneficial.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills in English with international teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment
  • Regularly sit at a desk and work on a computer.
  • Occasionally lift up to 15-20 pounds.
  • May require working on-call or extended hours during network malfunctions.
