About the Role

We are assembling a dedicated team of IT professionals to enhance the client's technical infrastructure, ensuring seamless system performance and end-user support. This engagement extends the capabilities of the client's internal IT department, enabling them to maintain high operational efficiency while scaling their technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 1 support to users
  • Audit and organize IT inventory
  • Configure and set up Windows and Mac computers and Apple corporate mobile phones
  • Support audiovisual resources in meeting rooms and events
  • Interpret and execute technical procedures in English

Tech Requirements

  • Support end users and VIPs
  • Support for Windows and Mac computers
  • Intermediate English – speaking and writing

Education and Skills

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, or related IT fields.
  • Programming logic
  • Knowledge in Python and JavaScript programming languages
