We are looking for an experienced IT professional to join our customer success team.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience through proactive service and support.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients by offering additional services, tools, and solutions.
- Cultivate a strong technical background in the IT field through continuous learning and improvement.
- Prioritize work on a company scale to drive impactful results.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- A minimum of 1 year of troubleshooting experience in the IT field.
- Strong interpersonal skills including proactiveness and empathy.
- Ability to work a standard 40-hour week with rotating shifts.
- Proficiency in optimizing internet speed up to 50 Mbps.
Key requirements include a computer with a processor (Intel i5 or higher, AMD Ryzen 5 or higher), 8 GB or higher RAM, and regular availability for day, night, and overnight shifts.
