**Are you an energetic, enthusiastic, IT Support Professional?** If you are an experienced Support Analyst, then you may be the person our team needs. We are seeking an IT professional with experience providing end-user support to join our team as an IT Support Analyst.
The IT Support Analyst is responsible for providing end user support for hardware, software, and network assistance.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
- Troubleshoot and resolve trouble tickets related to technical difficulties with hardware, software, & triage trouble tickets
- Install and configure complex hardware/software and provide support for upgrades and enhancements
- Hardware image configuration management for desktop, and laptops
- Verify issue resolution with the customer and update the help desk ticketing system
- Communicate plans and progression of issue resolution in a timely manner
- Actively contribute to ongoing process improvement
- Configure, install, and support desktop hardware, and software
- Document fixes and contribute to the standardization of processes and procedure
**REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:
- Associate degree, or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience supporting Dell desktops and laptops
**PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:
- Bachelor’s or equivalent relevant experience (at least 3 years preferred)
- Experience and knowledge of Fortinet firewall technologies
- Knowledge of SharePoint
