**Are you an energetic, enthusiastic, IT Support Professional?** If you are an experienced Support Analyst, then you may be the person our team needs. We are seeking an IT professional with experience providing end-user support to join our team as an IT Support Analyst.The IT Support Analyst is responsible for providing end user support for hardware, software, and network assistance.KORE is a recognized global leader in IoT solutions and management capabilities, and is consistently recognized as the highest-ranked non-carrier in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Machine-to-Machine Services worldwide. KORE creates value for customers in the explosive IoT market, and is the largest independent IoT connectivity management provider today.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:- Troubleshoot and resolve trouble tickets related to technical difficulties with hardware, software, & triage trouble tickets- Install and configure complex hardware/software and provide support for upgrades and enhancements- Hardware image configuration management for desktop, and laptops- Verify issue resolution with the customer and update the help desk ticketing system- Communicate plans and progression of issue resolution in a timely manner- Actively contribute to ongoing process improvement- Configure, install, and support desktop hardware, and software- Document fixes and contribute to the standardization of processes and procedure**REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:- Associate degree, or equivalent relevant experience- Experience supporting Dell desktops and laptops**PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:- Bachelor’s or equivalent relevant experience (at least 3 years preferred)- Experience and knowledge of Fortinet firewall technologies- Knowledge of SharePointLI-FD1
