Overview Corporate Solutions delivers robust B2B payment solutions to large‑market corporates. As a strategic growth priority for Mastercard in Brazil, this role leads initiatives to engage directly with major enterprises, collaborating with issuing partners to add value to corporate payment processes, address customer needs, and develop the broader commercial payments ecosystem. Role Support Mastercard’s engagement with large corporate clients, collaborating closely with issuers to drive adoption of Corporate Solutions. Identify opportunities to optimize payment processes, introduce innovative solutions, and increase usage across corporate accounts. Participate in client meetings and presentations, contributing to proposals and business cases. Collaborate with issuers, corporates, and ecosystem partners to support implementation of new solutions. Monitor adoption progress and address barriers to ensure successful activation and sustained growth. Work closely with internal teams (Products, Sales, Customer Delivery) to align execution. Track performance metrics and pipeline activities to support reporting and decision‑making. Qualifications Experience in Large‑Market B2B payments, commercial card solutions, transaction banking, or related areas. Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, able to engage stakeholders at the C‑level and beyond. Comfortable with commercial discussions and supporting negotiations alongside senior executives. Knowledge of corporate payment processes, procurement systems, and B2B payment flows; ERP or platform experience a plus. Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and track progress against objectives. Effective communication in Portuguese and English, both verbally and in writing. Bachelor’s degree; additional specialization in business, economics, or related fields is desirable. Corporate Security Responsibility Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices. Ensure confidentiality and integrity of accessed information. Report any suspected information security violation or breach. Complete mandatory security trainings periodically, in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
