Our incredibly multicultural and friendly team has proven itself as a major player in the mobile advertising landscape. To help us maintain our strong position in the industry, we are looking for a Ad Operations Manager. You will be in charge of the Ad Operations activity on high tech digital platforms for various clients worldwide, such as mobile app developers and mobile agencies, monitoring the performance according to client's KPIs and responding to requests from clients, Client Growth and Sales department. Responsibilities Set up and execute change requests and optimizations to ad campaigns in a timely manner. Manage and monitor campaigns for Key Clients (Mobile Apps) on a regular basis, striving to consistently refine tactics and produce exceptional results for our CPI and CPA campaigns. Test and filter out the best sources to work for a successful media buying experience whilst reaching client's KPIs. Detect opportunities of growth, arbitrage and improve performance for each client and across portfolios. Provide regular reports to Client Growth and to the Board teams regarding performance, compliance and growth suggestions. Manage the LATAM team performance and job satisfaction Oversee the campaigns' success in the LATAM region. Skills & Requirements Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Data Analysis 2 - 4 years of experience in working with Excel and data analysis Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written in English is mandatory and will be tested in the first interview Spanish is a great plus : 2 - 3 years of experience in related performance mobile marketing areas Proactive, detail-oriented, and with strong analytical skills Strong desire to learn in a fast-paced, target driven multicultural environment Strategic outlook while monitoring progress towards goals Problem solver with great organizational and delegation skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and in a timely manner English is a must - we are a multicultural team and english is our base language for meetings, trainings and daily work.
