Now, we are on a mission to redefine the social and entertainment scene with our newly launched Apps, which have already reached 100M+ users We are an organization committed to results and to the development of our work teams. As part of this growth, we are opening our Brazil operations, and we are looking for a Freelance Recruitment & Selection Analyst to support the hiring of our first local teams and work closely with our Market Lead and global People team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on recruiting, fast‑paced environments, and being part of building something from the ground up. Qualifications: Degree or technical studies in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, or related fields. 2+ years of experience in recruitment and selection roles. Advanced Portuguese and English (mandatory – daily interaction with global teams). Experience recruiting operational and professional profiles. Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. Strong organizational and communication skills. Comfortable working in fast-changing, startup environments. Experience in tech, startups, apps, or digital companies is a plus. Responsibilities: Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination). Support the hiring of the initial Scorp Brazil team. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines. Actively source candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms. Coordinate interviews and provide candidate experience follow‑up. Maintain updated recruitment trackers and reports. Collaborate closely with the global People & Culture team based in Istanbul. Support employer branding and local talent market insights. What We Offer: Freelance contract (initial phase of Brazil operation). Hybrid work flexibility.
