Technical Expert - Telco Cloud B&R Support Join Orange Business as a Technical Expert supporting Telco Cloud business and telco cloud platform services, providing second level technical support to customers. About the Role Provide next-level technical support to global customer service centers, resolution of low to medium complex SDX, SD‑WAN, OPC & OFC issues, and contribute to targeted customer satisfaction and network performance business objectives. Deliver high quality second level technical support on SDX, OPC, OFC and Telco Cloud platforms. Identify platform & service capacity issues and coordinate with planning teams for timely upgrades. Implement high impact and complex changes on service platform while following change management procedures. Contribute to major network incident reports and problems. Co‑coach new Teleco Cloud Support Engineers on a specific technical domain. Achieve Telco Cloud Build & Run KPI targets. Qualifications Excellent knowledge of communication standards and OSI/commercial protocols. Proficient in Linux, SD‑WAN, SDN, VMware, BluePlanet, Kubernetes, Rancher, Ansible, Python. Hands‑on troubleshooting on SDN/NFV, OpenStack/Openshift/KVM, Cloud Infrastructure, Container support, Juniper Contrail, Ciena BluePlanet. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with experience in MPLS, IP, IS‑IS, BGP. Minimum 2+ years hands‑on experience in at least two of the listed technologies.
