Senior Product Designer Job Description As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products. Your expertise will be crucial in crafting intuitive and self-explanatory interfaces that empower users to achieve their goals effortlessly. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design of clear and concise user interfaces and workflows that facilitate seamless user experiences. Develop and implement UX/UI design strategies that prioritize usability, minimalism, and intuitive design principles. Oversee the design of features across multiple platforms, ensuring a consistent and cohesive user experience that respects platform-specific guidelines. Create detailed wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and iterate based on feedback and usability findings. Owning and evolving our design system and style guides to promote a unified and intuitive interface across all products. Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure feasibility of designs and a smooth handoff to development. Mentoring and providing guidance to mid-level and junior designers to foster a culture of user-centered design thinking within the team. Qualifications & Skills: A minimum of 5 years of experience in product design or a related field, with significant experience leading design projects or initiatives. An outstanding portfolio showcasing your product design work, including examples of complex applications made simple through intuitive design. Deep knowledge of user experience principles and interaction design, with comfort working with information architecture, user flows, and usability heuristics. Extensive experience designing for multiple platforms, including native mobile and web/desktop applications. Mastery of design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, and strong experience in building or maintaining design systems and component libraries. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead design discussions, clearly communicate design rationale, and influence product strategy.
