Senior Product Designer We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to drive user-centric design and create intuitive interfaces that require no training or tooltips for users. Main Responsibilities: Lead UX design: Craft clear, self-explanatory user interfaces and workflows, ensuring products feel natural to users. Product design strategy: Drive UX/UI design strategy with a focus on usability, minimalism, and intuitive design principles. Cross-platform oversight: Oversee design features across mobile and desktop platforms (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS). Design and prototyping: Create detailed wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma. Design system ownership: Own and evolve the company's design system and style guides. Collaboration with stakeholders: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other team members. Mentorship and leadership: Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of user-centered design thinking within the organization. User research & testing: Champion user research and usability testing efforts. Usability and accessibility standards: Ensure all designs meet high standards for usability and accessibility.
