Simply put, it's about bringing a super-fan spirit to work every day.Key Responsibilities and Qualifications4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.Proven experience in IT recruitment, managing the end-to-end process, including contacting, interviewing, managing offers, and handling negotiations to successfully close candidates.Ensure a smooth candidate experience at all stages.Upon receiving a new position, independently research and develop strategies to attract the best candidates, collaborating with the hiring manager to ask the right questions and gather key information to tailor the selection process.Propose innovative solutions and contribute new ideas to improve both the hiring process and candidate experience.Demonstrate a high degree of independence, managing your own workload and making decisions with minimal supervision.Be curious, proactive, and eager to learn, staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in recruitment.Benefits Hardware and accessories to set you up for success Personal health insurance benefit (family coverage not included) Gym membership Community activities and events (either remote or on-site).
