As a key player in shaping the future of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for our technology teams. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the recruitment process, has a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain expertise on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure we remain competitive in the market.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and organizational skills.
- BUILD and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- A minimum of two years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an IT or tech-related field.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter tools, including booleans and filters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
