As an Offshore Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization attracts, hires and retains top talent within the offshore and oil & gas industry.

You will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment, compensation and benefits market trend research, pay-band re-structuring and maintaining a deep understanding of the offshore and oil & gas industry landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to address current and future talent needs.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, professional networks and industry events to attract qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to ensure the selection of high-caliber candidates.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition roles within the Oil & Gas or Offshore industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR, Talent Acquisition and Recruitment strategies that drive business results.

Maintain a deep understanding of the offshore and oil & gas industry, including key trends, challenges and emerging talent needs.
