Lead Product Manager – ADP – Porto Alegre ADP is hiring a Lead Product Manager to design and deliver next‑generation products that impact millions of people daily. What You’ll Do Own product strategy and roadmap that anticipates market trends and customer needs. Lead cross‑functional teams of engineering, UX, and analytics to deliver scalable, secure, and user‑friendly solutions. Act as the product voice, evangelize vision, and influence stakeholders at all levels. Prioritize features based on data‑driven decision making, client feedback, and ADP goals. Collaborate with multiple teams—product, UX, engineering, and customers—to iterate and improve product outcomes. Responsibilities Develop and communicate product vision and strategy. Coordinate with Scrum teams to deliver incremental value. Analyze competitive landscape and drive innovation. Manage stakeholder relationships and drive alignment. Measure performance and iterate based on metrics. Qualifications 5+ years progressive product management experience with software products. Proven track record with at least 5 product owner roles on a Scrum team. Advanced English proficiency. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Recruiting, or Talent products is a plus. Hybrid Work Model Hybrid model located at ADP Porto Alegre office. Candidates must live nearby.
