HRBP/People Partner

Ebury São Paulo Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home

What you’ll do

Working in partnership with line managers, senior leaders and colleagues across the HR team, you’ll be responsible for providing advice, coaching and support to managers and employees, looking for opportunities to improve employee experience and retention. You will help facilitate employee onboarding with Talent Acquisition, HRSSC, Global Business Services and the line manager, taking accountability for the induction experience from Day 1 and beyond. As the employee lifecycle continues, you will ensure employees receive a positive pay-day experience every month and provide guidance to management on ongoing performance management and career development. At the point of offboarding, you will ensure this is managed respectfully, including exit interviews to learn how we can improve the working environment.

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in an HRBP or junior HR advisory role, preferably in a fast-paced, complex organisation.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian employment legislation and its practical application in a business environment.
  • Commercially savvy with a strong understanding of business operations and strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • A solutions-oriented approach with a proven track record of delivering results and handling complex HR matters.
  • Experience with HR analytics and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Experience managing monthly payroll inputs to ensure a positive pay day experience.
  • Experience in an international or multi-site environment.
  • Familiarity with HR technology and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
  • Fluent English and Portuguese
