The team is responsible for (i) Partnering with senior sales leadership to drive and track the business under a rigorous data-driven approach, interpreting KPIs and providing executive recommendations ; (ii) Owning the business operational model and cadence, (iii) Planning for our future growth including both G4G (internal mobility) and longer term cross functional strategic initiatives.**ABOUT THE ROLE**We view our **Sales Strategy**Analyst**role as the start of an exciting, challenging, and highly flexible career with Salesforce.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**- Support our business units with ongoing data analysis and recommendations to structure and solve complex business problems- Drive improvements in our sales process and coverage model through scalable analytics.- Work cross-functionally to establish reporting and process standards.- Assist in developing and delivering presentations for senior executives and inform decisions on a daily basis.- Communicate effectively with all audiences, in a structured manner.- Assist the business through each stage of the fiscal year planning cycle.- Take part in key strategic initiatives to transform and shape the business for delivering growth.**REQUIRED SKILLS**- **3+ years of previous experience in a sales strategy & operations**environment, management consultancy, high growth technology companies, or in a comparable environment that requires business acumen combined with analytical skills and strong work ethic.- Strong **data analysis and logical reasoning**skills with experience analyzing complex datasets using Excel, Google sheets, Tableau or SQL (or equivalents).- Solid **problem-solving skills**: Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, conduct data-driven analysis, and develop recommendations.- Ability to balance priorities and work efficiently in a fast paced environment.- Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations.- Demonstrated Entrepreneurial drive: "get things done" attitude to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment, and autonomy.- Fluent in **English and Spanish**.Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core proficiencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, volunteer work, etc.).**BENEFITS & PERKS**- Comprehensive benefits package including well-being reimbursement, generous parental leave, adoption assistance, fertility benefits, and more- Exposure to executive thought leaders and regular 1:1 coaching with leadership- Volunteer opportunities and participation in our 1:1:1 model for giving back to the community**In school, or graduated within the past 12 months?
