We’re hiring a Director of Client Success to own delivery and growth across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You will lead cross‑functional teams to deliver with excellence, build senior‑level client relationships, and partner with sales to expand into AI Build, data, digital experience, cloud, and quality engineering programs. You’ll also help unify client experience across our Solvd, EBT, and TPX heritage. What you\'ll do Own delivery & outcomes for a multi‑account portfolio—scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk. Grow the business with sales partners ("two‑in‑a‑box" motion) through solution‑led expansions and renewals. Activate AI Build—run AI Readiness, launch Minimum Viable Agents (MVAs), and scale pilots into production. Run crisp governance—QBRs, exec steering, and transparent reporting. Unify the experience across Solvd + EBT + TPX accounts during integration—no delivery disruption. What you\'ll bring 10+ years in client delivery/engagement leadership within digital engineering/consulting; proven portfolio ownership. Track record partnering with sales to drive portfolio growth and client value. Hands-on experience launching AI-enabled initiatives (readiness, pilots, or productionization) and familiarity with AI‑SDLC practices. Executive presence with CXO stakeholders; strong commercial acumen (SoWs, renewals, change control). Fluency with delivery/PSA and reporting tools (Power BI or similar; Kantata or similar).
