Job Description

Zum Aufgabenbereich gehören:

1. Analyse bestehender Produktionsprozesse mit dem Ziel der Kostenreduzierung, Effizienzsteigerung und Qualitätsverbesserung
2. Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Projekten zur Prozessverbesserung, Produktionsautomatisierung und Einführung neuer Technologien
3. Anwendung von Lean-Methoden zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen
4. Durchführung von Kosten-Nutzen-Analysen für neue Technologien, Maschinen und Anlagen
5. Erstellung von Arbeitsplänen und Layouts zur optimalen Ressourcennutzung
6. Erstellung und Präsentation von Produktionskennzahlen sowie regelmäßige Berichterstattung an das Management
7. Auswertung der Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) zur Überwachung und Verbesserung der Produktivität und Effektivität der Produktionsanlagen
8. Betreuung und Leitung von Projekten zur Einführung neuer Technologien und Produktionssysteme
9. Erstellen von Zeit- und Kostenkalkulationen für Fertigungsprozesse

The Area of responsibility includes:

1. Analysis of existing production processes with the aim of reducing costs, increasing efficiency and improving quality
2. Development and implementation of projects to improve processes, automate production and introduce new technologies
3. Application of lean methods for continuous improvement and identification of optimization potentials
4. Carrying out cost-benefit analyses for new technologies, machines and systems
5. Creating work plans and layouts to optimize the use of resources
6. Preparation and presentation of key production figures and regular reporting to management
7. Evaluation of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to monitor and improve the productivity and effectiveness of production facilities
8. Supervision and management of projects for the introduction of new technologies and production systems
9. Creating time and cost calculations for production processes

3. Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Kapazitäts- und Arbeitszeitmodellen
4. Kenntnisse in der Kostenrechnung und der Budgetplanung
5. Erfahrung in der Auswertung der Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
