Job Title: Machine Operator

At American Axle & Manufacturing, Inc., we believe that our people are the key to our success. We're looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join our team and contribute to the production of high-quality driveline and metal forming technologies.

Job Summary:

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating existing CNC-machines, making measurements, performing elementary tool setting, and executing program corrections. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC-machines to produce high-quality parts
  • Make accurate measurements to ensure product quality
  • Perform elementary tool setting and program corrections as needed
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals and objectives
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 8 grades of education or equivalent qualification as a machine operator or similar qualification in the industrial field
  • Industrial experience in a related field
