Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for safely operating equipment to produce high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with Machining Line Production Supervisor/Team Leader to ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment.
  • Learn and apply skills in safety, productivity, proper machine operation, conduct, housekeeping/5S, quality, and use of documented procedures and instructions.
  • Review and verify the quality of products at your assigned process and provide feedback to leadership.
  • Rotate to other operations as assigned by leadership and facilitate communication between operations.
  • Complete Operation Productivity & Scrap Accountability Logsheets and verify accuracy.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Manufacturing Machining preferred.
