Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Summary:

We're seeking a Machine Operator to oversee the daily operations of our high-volume Automated CNC Production Cell. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily dimension checks to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Set up and operate CNC machines, including tooling and work-holding
  • Troubleshoot production problems and implement solutions
  • Train and mentor colleagues on standardized work and quality standards
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in high-volume precision machining
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and CNC machine tool operation
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and CMM reports
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
