• Underwriting responsibility for a broad range of real estate, including condos and commercial properties
• Collaborate with brokers and customers to assess flood insurance needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Coordinate with clients and sales leaders to provide timely responses to submissions and coverage requests
• Prepare and present data analyses and business trend reports
• Stay updated on the flood insurance marketplace and changes to the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP)

• Must possess a Property and Casualty License
• Minimum of 2 years of insurance underwriting experience preferred
• Experience with NFIP Insurance preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Experience in project management and data analytics
• Previous experience in a similar underwriting role
