You’ll own strategic, full-cycle hiring for Engineering, Product, and Go-to-Market functions, acting as a consultative partner to leaders while crafting an exceptional candidate experience.Location:Remote within Peru, Mexico, or BrazilOpenings:2 rolesEngagement:12-month assignment with potential to extend or convert based on performanceWhy this roleYou’ll shape hiring plans, influence decisions with market data, and build diverse pipelines in competitive markets. If you thrive in autonomy, enjoy advising senior stakeholders, and love turning insights into hires, this is your stage.What you’ll doLead full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer across technical and GTM roles in LATAMPartner closely with hiring managers and HR to define needs, design interview processes, and drive outcomesProactively source using Linked In Recruiter and other tools to build strong, diverse pipelinesTranslate talent market research into strategy (competitors, compensation, availability)Own candidate experience with timely, transparent communication and smooth process flowUse AI and recruiting tech to increase speed, quality, and signal throughout the funnelContribute to continuous improvement (DEI initiatives, interview calibration, talent analytics)What you’ll bring5–10 years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally across Engineering, Product, and GTMProven success hiring in LATAM and advising senior stakeholders with data-driven insightsFluent English and Spanish; expert stakeholder management and candidate engagementStrong sourcing chops with Linked In Recruiter and modern TA tech; ATS proficiency (Workday a plus)High ownership, great judgment, and comfort running multiple searches independentlyNice to havePortuguese proficiencyExperience in high-growth Saa S or product-driven environmentsFamiliarity with enterprise ATS platforms and talent analyticsHow to applyPlease apply foroneof the three country tracks (Peru, Mexico, or Brazil) and include your location and salary expectations aligned to the country-specific compensation shown in the title.TCWGlobal is an equal opportunity employer.
