Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist We are seeking a skilled Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging top-tier candidates for technical roles. Sourcing: Utilize various methods to identify and attract high-quality candidates for technical positions. Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate the skills and fit of potential candidates. Candidate Engagement: Build relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process. Additionally, the successful candidate will manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer with high volumes of roles and opportunities. This includes utilizing best-in-class tools to drive sourcing, outreach, and candidate engagement. Maintaining recruiting metrics, tracking performance, and continuously improving sourcing and conversion rates is crucial to this role.
