**Job description**:
- Monitoring and analyzing the judicial and administrative demands of the existing units in the State where it is circumscribed, under the supervision of the immediate superior, as well as guidance from the responsible Lawyer and/or the Legal Department of the Administrative Headquarters.
**Main Responsibilities / Activities**:
- Keep up to date on issues in the area by reading specialized publications, research and other sources;
- Provide legal guidance to the company's internal areas, especially in the civil, labor, corporate and tax areas, seeking support from the offices or writing ilegal opinion according to the analysis of the facts and related documentation;
- Organize internal demands with third-party legal firms, following the flow of requests and the respective return.
- Analyze documents sent by internal clients for the preparation of official documents, requesting the necessary information from the units/teams in order to write, review or format legal documents;
- Contact internal and external customers regarding negotiations, whenever requested;
- Analyze and review commercial contracts, in English and Portuguese, as well as provide support in the signing process.
- Ensure compliance of contracts with legal legislation and the company's internal policies, as well as manage these documents;
- Issue various reports to evaluate the performance of the area and other support activities;
- Suggest improvements to the procedures in order to optimize them and keep them adequate and consistent with the practice in question;
- Provide legal assistance and support in judicial and extrajudicial defenses;
- Perform follow-up of actions, screening documents to compose processes, possible follow-up of hearings (acting as agent).
- Follow-up of the brand strategy with the third party office.
- Support the preparation, review and management of corporate acts of the group companies (LTDA and S.A).
- Acting in the field of Data Protection, together with the Information Security area
- Perform other tasks related to the area.
