Senior Credit Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Analyst to conduct complex credit analyses and ensure decisions align with our risk appetite.

The successful candidate will possess advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, accounting and financial principles, as well as proficiency in DLL and GCRP. They will also be responsible for managing the credit portfolio, leading initiatives such as VRR, Add-ons, and RAC review, and collaborating with Account Managers to understand markets and customers.

To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. You will also need to demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform complex credit analyses on legal entities, individuals, and economic groups;
  • Act as a technical reference for junior and senior analysts, supporting team development and case review;
  • Propose and implement improvements in credit analysis processes, focusing on efficiency and governance;
  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customer visits and technical analyses;
  • Manage the credit portfolio under your responsibility, leading initiatives such as VRR, Add-ons, and RAC review;
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to understand markets, customers, and strategic programs;
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields;
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • Advanced accounting and financial knowledge;
  • Proficiency in DLL, GCRP, performance programs, connection of key indicators with day-to-day activities of CRO areas;
  • Advanced knowledge of guarantees, financial products, economic indicators, banking legislation;
