Job Opportunity

A Financial Analyst plays a key role in the company's financial processes, ensuring seamless execution from request to delivery. This role involves:

  • Receiving and processing financial requisitions from various departments
  • Requesting prices from suppliers and reviewing quotations
  • Maintaining direct contact with suppliers and coordinating orders
  • Assisting the Finance Coordinator in preparing orders and schedules
  • Conducting pre-set purchase orders and monitoring daily reports on receipt of goods
  • Reporting discrepancies between delivered and required goods (quantity, quality, and price)
  • Updating supplier folders and alternative quotes for various products

About You

We are seeking an experienced and organized individual with a strong analytical mindset to join our team. Key requirements include:

  • Completed degree or studying in related fields such as accounting, finance, or economics
  • Basic proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of financial principles and regulations
  • Experience in the financial area, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and solve problems efficiently
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Teamwork and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Excel and Word
