Senior Accounting Analyst Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, both local and international (IFRS), and will be responsible for delivering accurate financial insight to support strategic decision-making.

This role is critical to maintaining the financial integrity of our organization. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill this key position.

  • Analyze financial data and prepare timely reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS and Brazilian GAAP).
  • Verify the accuracy of financial statements and related documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • CRC (Conselho Regional de Contabilidade) certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and Brazilian GAAP.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems; experience with SAP and BPC is a plus.
Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintaining and overseeing general ledger activities.
  • Supporting internal and external audits, including documentation and process improvements.
  • Assisting in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Providing financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
