In this dynamic role, you will be part of a global team that empowers businesses to contribute meaningfully to their communities. As a Regional Credit Specialist, you will play a crucial part in enabling the acquisition of equipment, technology, and software that companies need to succeed.

Your primary focus will be on collaborating with customers, partners, and colleagues to achieve shared professional results. This involves weighing credit risk against commercial yields, conducting thorough market analysis, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

With a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach, you will identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, from country organizations to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business economics or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • At least 10 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Risk Management, including managing financial and non-financial risks
  • Proven credit underwriting experience
  • Business experience in our line of business with high-level client engagements (preferred)
  • Strong project/program management experience
  • Thought leadership and coaching/guidance/steering of Countries Credit Managers
