- To excel in this role, one must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. A postgraduate degree or MBA is also desirable.
- Advanced knowledge of financial indicators, including cash flow analysis, balance sheet evaluation, and ratio analysis, is essential. Proficiency in using credit models and scoring systems, as well as experience in Excel and PowerBI, is also highly valued.
- A strong background in risk management, with the ability to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, is crucial. This includes analyzing market, asset, legal, and contractual risks.
- This position requires excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively with stakeholders, ensure compliance with global and local risk management frameworks, and promote a strong risk culture within the organization.
