Responsabilidades e atribuições

Como Account Manager Enterprise, você será responsável por construir relações estratégicas de longo prazo com grandes contas, atuando como parceiro de confiança (trusted advisor) e identificando oportunidades que impactem diretamente os objetivos de negócio dos clientes.

Você terá ownership sobre um portfólio de contas estratégicas, combinando visão consultiva, habilidade analítica e influência executiva para :

  • Expandir a presença da Cortex via upsell e cross-sell ;
  • Garantir a retenção e evolução dos clientes junto com o time de Customer Success;
  • Conduzir conversas de alto nível com diferentes stakeholders, incluindo C-Level ;
  • Mapear dores e oportunidades, traduzindo necessidades complexas em projetos de impacto;
  • Representar a voz do cliente, contribuindo para a evolução contínua da nossa solução.
Requisitos e qualificações
  • Experiência comprovada em gestão de contas Enterprise / Key Accounts ;
  • Vivência em estratégias de expansão (upsell, cross-sell) e modelo Farmer ;
  • Perfil consultivo, com forte capacidade analítica e de escuta ativa ;
  • Comunicação clara, objetiva e influente – oral e escrita;
  • Habilidade de apresentação e negociação em diferentes níveis, inclusive C-Level;
  • Energia empreendedora e vontade de crescer em um ambiente de alta performance;
  • Inglês avançado para conversação e escrita.
