You will be the go-to person for handling IT logistics requests, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring compliance with shipping regulations. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and satisfaction of our clients and internal teams.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Manage and track high-value IT inventory across multiple client accounts, ensuring optimal stock levels.- Provide hands-on technical support for Mac OS devices, including MFA setup, device restoration, wiping, and re-imaging (MacBooks, Chromebooks, smartphones, etc.).- Respond to and fulfill operational IT logistics requests from critical stakeholders.- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal documentation to support a consistent global IT logistics program.- Communicate project updates, blockers, and milestones to collaborators and stakeholders on a daily/weekly basis.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve client ticket escalations efficiently.- Identify and troubleshoot recurring bugs and errors reported by customers and technicians.- Ensure compliance with shipping and trade regulations across Brazilian states.**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**:- Proven experience in IT logistics or inventory management.- Strong technical knowledge of Mac OS and related hardware/software troubleshooting.- Excellent organizational and communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.- Experience creating SOPs and process documentation.- Familiarity with shipping and trade compliance within Brazil.**DESIRABLE CRITERIA**:- Experience supporting Chromebooks, smartphones, and other mobile devices.- Previous experience in a global or multi-client IT support environment.- Knowledge of ITSM tools and ticketing systems.- English and Portuguese language proficiency- The EOS pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
