We are looking for a Full-stack engineer (Laravel + Livewire + Tailwind) to work directly with an exciting US client.

Our client has a strong product-market fit in the direct-to-consumer (DTC) space, they are now expanding into B2B by building a dashboard for clinics, doctors, and nutritionists, while advancing their SOC2 compliance journey. Position Summary

We are seeking a Full-stack engineer with strong expertise in Laravel, Livewire, and Tailwind . This is a critical role focused on developing a new B2B dashboard while also contributing to the company’s security and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate has full-stack capability, can ramp up quickly, and thrives in a lean startup environment, working closely with the founder, lead engineer, and UX designer.

Required Skills

Must Haves:

• Strong ability to communicate in English (Professional proficiency).
• Previous experience working with international clients.
• Proven experience with Laravel (including Livewire framework) and Tailwind CSS .
• Full-stack capability (frontend + backend).
• Strong experience with AWS-hosted applications.
• Ability to self-manage, operate independently, and deliver results without micromanagement.

Nice to Haves:

• Familiarity with SOC2 and HIPAA environments (not as primary focus, but relevant).
• Prior experience supporting SOC2 compliance or security reviews .
• Cybersecurity expertise
• Background in health-tech, genetics, or regulated industries.
• Mentorship ability for junior developers if the team expands.

• Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Thrives in a lean startup environment with minimal structure.
• Shows initiative and can ramp up quickly without needing heavy supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and launch the B2B dashboard with competitor-level functionality.
• Collaborate with the lead engineer to streamline the development pipeline .
• Implement and support SOC2-related compliance fixes and improvements .
• Work closely with the UX designer to ensure smooth frontend integration with APIs.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and contribute to CI/CD improvements.
• Communicate effectively with the team via Slack/Basecamp in a lean, async workflow.

Contract, Terms

• Contract type: Service provision through NetMidas
• Time commitment: Initially part-time with potential ramp-up to full-time.
• Work schedule: Flexible hours with overlap required in the EST timezone.
• Start date: October 15th, 2025, or sooner (with onboarding/training beforehand).
