You will ensure that all customers’ requirements and needs are completely met while upholding the company vision and mission. Extreme tact, sensitivity and professionalism are necessary as you will have daily contact with customers and will be a direct influence on their satisfaction.**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.- Customer Portfolio - Active Sales;- Sales Force CRM Projects;- Sales Force CRM User Training and Support;- Technical and commercial support for customers;- External Sales time support;- Technical/Commercial Quotation Process and Sales Orders;**Background & Skills**:- Graduated in: Electrical Engineering, mechatronics, or automation.- English level: advanced;- Excel level: advanced;- SAP skills;- 1 - 2 years’ Business Experience Process;**Danfoss - Engineering Tomorrow**:At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
