**Responsabilidades**:
Participar na identificação e documentação do valor gerado pelo NetSuite ao cliente. Conduzir abordagem para tratar GAPs e buscar consenso com o Cliente.
Compreender os processos de negócios do cliente.
Compreender as operações da empresa para detectar e prevenir problemas operacionais e de sistema/técnicos e sugerir melhorias operacionais com visão estratégica.
Propor proativamente soluções aos clientes com base no conhecimento da conta e do negócio.
Trabalhar ao lado de outros membros da equipe com altas habilidades funcionais e técnicas.
Executar resolução de problemas moderadamente complexos com assistência/orientação na compreensão e aplicação das políticas e processos da empresa.
Qualificações requeridas:
Experiência com definição de requisitos para customizações e integrações complexas
Graduado em Administração de Empresas, Ciências Contábeis, Engenharia
Fortes habilidades de comunicação
Paixão por impulsionar a satisfação do cliente
Foco no cliente
Habilidades interpessoais
2 anos de experiência em consultoria.
Qualificações preferidas:
2-4 anos de experiência relevante nesta posição, incluindo 2 anos de experiência em consultoria.
Preferencialmente com forte experiência em Contabilidade Avançada ou SCM (Supply Chain Management).
Experiência anterior em função similar (área funcional).

**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**
An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
