About the Role
We are seeking a Senior CPQ Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ implementations. This role will focus on delivering high-quality solutions for complex quoting, pricing, and configuration processes within enterprise environments.
While RLM/RCA (Revenue Lifecycle Management / Revenue Cloud) experience is not required at entry, the selected candidate will receive focused training and is expected to become proficient within the first 30 days of joining.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute Salesforce CPQ implementations for enterprise clients.
- Design, configure, and optimize CPQ processes, including product configuration, pricing rules, quote templates, and approval workflows.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales Operations, Finance, and IT) to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
- Support solution design sessions, technical documentation, and best practices implementation.
- Participate in the RLM/RCA enablement program and transition to supporting Revenue Cloud solutions.
- Ensure compliance with client architecture, governance, and data management standards.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 4+ years of experience implementing Salesforce CPQ or equivalent quoting/configuration systems.
- Deep understanding of product rules, pricing logic, quote templates, and approvals.
- Proven ability to work with enterprise clients and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- English proficiency (B2+ level).
Nice-to-Have (to be developed during onboarding):
- Basic exposure or conceptual understanding of Revenue Cloud / RLM / RCA.
- Salesforce Certifications (CPQ Specialist, Administrator, or Developer).
