For Innovators (Startups, SMEs, NGOs, Research) : We enable you to claim your profile, assess investment readiness, and gain exposure to funders who truly understand your mission and context. For Experts : We bridge the gap between AI and human nuance. Experts refine AI-generated insights, ensuring that impact intelligence is not just data-driven, but contextualized and actionable. Who we’re looking for We are currently expanding our team and open for applications from any profile, but the specific professionals that we are looking for are : AI Engineers : Experts in LLMs, data architecture, and knowledge graphs who want to build for "collective sensemaking." Data Analysts : Analytical thinkers who can extract narrative and strategic insights from complex, fragmented datasets. Impact Investment & Grantmaking Professionals : Experience in Impact VC, Debt funds, or Grantmakers—people who know how to navigate the capital deployment lifecycle. Impact Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Professionals : Specialists capable of building rigorous, adaptive frameworks for tracking systemic change. CPOs and CPTOs : Product and Technical leaders who can translate high-level systems thinking into intuitive, high-utility platforms. The Essential Requirement : In all cases, we require a demonstrated, purpose-driven track record.
