ABOUT THE ROLE

The Tier 2 Payroll Sr. Associate is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of payroll, ensuring timely processing and compliance with standard payroll processes for assigned accounts. S/he will perform inquiry management/resolution, transaction processing, and general customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Payroll end-to-end process.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of employees’ payroll for countries supported.
  • Ensure data from Workday and non-Workday data is collated and transferred to the Local Country Payroll Vendor (LCPV).
  • Support other payroll processes such as terminations, pay in advancement, loans, etc.
  • Assist in the compilation and update of related payroll tools e.g., Country payroll manuals, wage type catalogues, process flows, and payroll calendars.
  • Support payroll software upgrades to ensure that the system is updated as per legal and statutory requirements.
  • Address employees’ concerns and queries in a timely manner.
  • Drive and sustain cross-country process improvement and commonality within the supported countries.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures for assigned countries.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Excel) and ideally having worked with multiple technologies (e.g. HRIS System, Workday, SAP).
  • 2 - 4 years payroll experience.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while operating efficiently under continuous change.
  • Strong drive for results, accuracy, and compliance control.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Language: English intermediate.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Full-Time.
  • Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees.
  • This role is not eligible for relocation.
