Atuar com o CEO, sendo responsável por estruturar, integrar e acelerar a execução da estratégia da companhia. O(a) Chief of Staff – Operations terá papel central na governança, nos rituais executivos, na gestão por indicadores e no suporte à liderança, garantindo que planos estratégicos se convertam em resultados concretos. Principais Responsabilidades Rituais Executivos (WBR / MBR / QBR): definir agendas, responsáveis, SLAs e materiais (Decks de Gestão); conduzir e garantir a disciplina dos rituais executivos; gerenciar o ClickUp como ferramenta central de acompanhamento de decisões e trilhas de ação. Gestão por Indicadores & Performance: consolidar KPIs corporativos por área e por unidade/SPE; estruturar e manter dashboards executivos (Looker Studio/BI) com dados operacionais integrados; garantir uso efetivo dos indicadores na gestão e na tomada de decisão. Planejamento Estratégico (OGSM / OKR): facilitar ciclos de planejamento anual e trimestral; conectar objetivos, metas, estratégias e métricas, assegurando revisões periódicas; vincular planejamento estratégico aos KPIs e rituais de gestão. Projetos Estratégicos & Expansão: coordenar projetos estratégicos, iniciativas de crescimento e expansão; gerenciar marcos, riscos, dependências e comunicação executiva entre áreas. Suporte Direto ao CEO: apoiar a agenda estratégica do CEO (Board, investidores, clientes e parceiros); coordenar a atuação dos Heads, garantindo alinhamento e priorização; assegurar que iniciativas estratégicas suportem as metas corporativas. CSC / Backoffice: estruturar e padronizar serviços compartilhados (CSC); definir SLAs, acompanhar NPS interno e custo por transação. Cliente & Marca: integrar dados de NPS e Voz do Cliente aos rituais executivos; garantir planos de ação por unidade a partir dos feedbacks dos clientes. Requisitos e Qualificações Experiência: 3 a 6 anos de experiência em BizOps, Operações, Consultoria, PMO ou áreas correlatas, com atuação multifuncional; vivência em multiunidades, SPEs ou negócios com forte componente operacional; implantação comprovada de rituais executivos, governança e métricas ativas (dashboards em tempo real). Conhecimentos Técnicos: Ferramentas de gestão e projetos: ClickUp, Docs, calendários executivos. Dados e BI: Google Looker Studio / BI. Sistemas de negócio: Kommo (CRM), OfficeRnD (operações), OMIE (financeiro). Comunicação e colaboração: Google Workspace. Planejamento estratégico: OGSM / OKR. Noções financeiras: leitura de DRE, geração de caixa, orçamento, metas e trade-offs. Competências Comportamentais: Forte capacidade de execução e facilitação executiva. Comunicação clara, objetiva e com síntese executiva. Alta capacidade de articulação, influência, negociação e confidencialidade. Perfil analítico, organizado e orientado a resultados. Idioma: desejável – Inglês intermediário/avançado para leitura de materiais e interlocução quando necessário. #J-18808-Ljbffr
