Job Description This role involves the design and implementation of visual assets for in‑app and offline campaigns. Ensuring brand consistency while adapting content to a local audience and culture is crucial. Responsibilities include creating landing pages, banners, and in‑app assets for campaigns. Developing visual identities for major projects, aligning with brand and local audience expectations, is also key. Adapting campaigns and pages for the Brazilian market requires a deep understanding of local preferences and cultural nuances. Designing offline and cross‑media materials to expand brand presence is another essential aspect of this role. The point of contact for visual suggestions and adjustments will be responsible for producing key visuals for local projects and occasionally supporting video / motion design efforts. Collaboration with teams and external agencies is necessary to coordinate deliverables effectively. Providing real‑time design support for in‑app operations is also a critical function. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design or Visual Communication Experience in digital design, landing pages, and campaign visuals Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or equivalent tools Knowledge or experience with social media content and campaigns Strong knowledge of composition, typography, and branding Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Intermediate to advanced English Benefits As a valued team member, you'll have opportunities for growth and development within the company.
