Training & Experience Strategy Intern We're seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Training & Experience Strategy Intern. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with 3PL partners to develop and implement training strategies that drive success. About This Role You will be responsible for creating engaging training content, including videos, PDFs, and infographics, for our knowledge base. You will pilot and evaluate live sessions versus self-paced learning, tracking completion rates to optimize delivery. You will map the 3PL lifecycle to identify critical training gaps and develop targeted solutions. Your Key Responsibilities Content Creation: You will create high-quality, bite-sized training content that is engaging and effective. Data Literacy: You will analyze survey results, track NPS metrics, and create simple dashboards to measure partner sentiment. Empathy & Communication: You will possess excellent communication skills and be able to understand the challenges faced by 3PLs, translating them into solutions. Project Management: You will organize tasks and meet deadlines autonomously, ensuring seamless project execution. What We're Looking For Proficiency in Canva, video editing tools, and Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets). Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights. Excellent communication and empathy skills. Proven project management skills. Bonus Points Logistics/3PL industry experience. Notion/Confluence for documentation. Fluency in Chinese/English.
