If you feel this is a great fit for your path, we’d love to talk.**What You’ll Do**:The Avanade X Go-to-Market Lead will secure and advance the growth of our Experiences business group in collaboration with Avanade X leaders, and leaders across our business. You will realize new frontiers of growth by finding new and better ways to grow, balancing the long-term vision while being grounded in short term objectives. In this role, you will drive results, ensure accountability, maintain customer focus, drive engagement, as well as attract and develop top talent, and build effective teams.**The Avanade X Area Go-to-Market Lead will**:- Co-sell with Accenture Song. Create strong alignment with Accenture Song to increase co-sell opportunities, support Accenture Song delivery programs and aid origination and deal intake and qualification..- Expand our Relationships. Create innovative origination programs and approaches to identify and build new relationships with new buyers in our most important clients.- Activate our Plays, Solutions & Partners. Work with Avanade X Practice leaders to bring focused plays and solutions to market. Educate our sales community and client facing leaders on Avanade X plays and solutions and support them in deals. Partner with Avanade’s Integrated Go-to-Market organization to drive Avanade X integration into various industry plays, ensuring strong sales support and interlock.- Drive performance of our Sitecore partnership, create sustained momentum with Adobe and increase our relevance to Microsoft. Coordinate partner enablement and activation and drive partner origination efforts. Partner with Avanade’s alliance and partnership teams to align and organize Avanade X / Microsoft co-sell motions.- Take a hands-on role in winning high profile work, create energizing client impact stories based on the work we deliver, maintain relationships with analysts and key market influencers, and partner with marketing to drive origination efforts and support award submissions.**Skills and Experiences**:- Highly independent and accountable problem solver that can operate independently- Expertise and knowledge of the Customer Experience (CX), Workplace Experience (WX), and Digital Products and Services (DP&S) domain areas- Build knowledge and relationships with key influencers in the CX, WX, and DP&S domain areas- Excellent communication skills - visual, written, verbal (remote and public speaking)- Ability to foster strong, cohesive working interdisciplinary teams- Aptitude to define solutions that will generate measurable results for clients- Ability to coach, motivate, grow, course-correct, and guide a team- Build knowledge and network of the Microsoft ecosystem and Accenture Song organization to develop relationships and key contacts- Ability to quickly earn the respect of sellers, partners, and clients**About You**:- History of entrepreneurial success building $50M+ businesses- 8+ years of experience leading digital services organizations- 5+ years’ GTM or market development roles- 5+ years’ sales experience- 5+ years’ people management and mentoring experience- Experience consulting in an environment with geographically dispersed teams- Experience in enterprise business development and ability to show empathy for our clients’ business and our sellers’ role in guiding a sales journey- Industry experience in Retail, Banking, Health and Manufacturing preferred- Demonstrated history of partnering with executive level and C-Suite clients- Willingness to travel, when necessary, up to 35%ReferencesVisible links
