Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Support Analyst with at least 3 years of experience in functional Salesforce roles. In this functional support position, you will be a customer‑centric professional driven by helping others achieve their goals. Your primary responsibility will be to support users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal use of the Salesforce platform. Responsibilities Efficiently manage and resolve daily support requests from internal and external users. Process change requests, including user access modifications and system improvements. Proactively identify and suggest enhancements to improve the supportability and operability of the Salesforce platform. Collaborate with Technology teams to test new developments and system updates. Deliver user training to ensure correct and effective use of the Salesforce system. Serve as a subject matter expert for all business processes supported by the platform. Qualifications Strong functional understanding of Salesforce; development skills are not required. Demonstrated experience and skills in interpreting business needs and translating them into functional and operational requirements. Minimum of 3 years in similar roles; Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Adaptable to change and able to collaborate effectively within a team. Self‑starter with a proactive, flexible, and determined attitude. Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Spanish is highly valued.
